Article 1.  Member Services
The member services provided here include this Wanoa website (http://www.wanoa.com/) as well as other services reserved for registered members. 

Article 2.  Registered Members
A Registered Member (hereafter “Member”) is a person who has registered at this website after agreeing to the Membership Agreement and whose registration has been confirmed by Wanoa Inc. Members agree to accept responsibilities that arise from use of this website. 

Article 3  Application
Members shall reserve the right to register and use the following services free of charge.
a) Functions that can be accessed after logging in.
b) Mail magazines.
c) News about campaigns or events from Wanoa Inc.
d) Other services reserved for Members.
2. By registering at this website, you consent to the Membership Agreement as well as any contents herein and such terms and conditions as well as contents shall apply to all usage of this website.

Article 4  Registered Information
1. Members are at anytime able to change, add to or delete any of the following information that may have changed since registering. Members shall also reserve the right to cancel their member registration.
a) Email Address
b) Password
c) Nickname
d) Age
e) Country
2. Members shall access their My Account page immediately in the event of changes made to any of the following information.
a) Email Address
b) Password
c) Nickname
d) Age
e) Country
3. Wanoa Inc. shall not be held liable for any damages incurred as a result of failure to inform Wanoa Inc. of any changes to the above information.

Article 5.  Account Management
1. It is the sole responsibility of Members to manage and store their account information (including email address and password), and by no means permit a third party to use, borrow, hand over, transfer the name or purchase their account information.
2. Whereby it is verified that a member’s email address and/or password entered into the system matches a registered account information or password, Wanoa Inc. shall assume use by the authorized member and shall not be held liable for any damages incurred as a result of loss, theft, or unauthorized use of an account information by a party other than the true owner.
3. Members shall contact Wanoa Inc. immediately and follow instructions accordingly in the event account information is used without their consent, or otherwise their account information has been leaked to a third party.

Article 6.  Prohibitions
Members shall not engage in any of the following;
(1) Registering false information when registering as a member.
(2) Unlawfully obtaining or using another Member’s email address or password.
(3) Inconveniencing or disadvantaging other Members or a third party.
(4) Obstructing or intending to obstruct the provisions of services provided on this website as well as other activities performed by Wanoa Inc. 
(5) Using the name Wanoa or other official names of services provided by Wanoa Inc. for commercial purposes or the provision of information for the purpose of financial gain.
(6) Conduct that is patently offensive and promotes racism, sexism, ageism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual.
(7) Entering information that contains nudity, violence, or offensive subject matter.
(8) Usage of adult material or links to adult websites.
(9) Proselytizing for any religion.
(10) Spam or mass emails.
(11) Using affiliated links.
(12) Activity that involves commercial activities and or sales without prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, or pyramid schemes.
(13) Breaching the Member Agreement or other laws.

Article 7.  Canceling Member Registration
Whereby a Member is deemed to have acted inappropriately by infringing upon any of the conditions contained herein, Wanoa Inc. shall reserve the right to temporarily suspend entire or partial use of this service to such Members or otherwise delete such Members’ registration.

Article 8.  Changes to Services
Wanoa Inc. shall reserve the right to change the content of services without prior notification, and Members shall acknowledge the same. 

Article 9.  Handling of Personal Information
1. We will handle your personal information to the best of our ability based on the policies outlined in the Privacy Policy.
2. We shall utilize collected personal information for such purposes as identifying Members, providing support, and sending information to Members.
3. There is no requirement that a Member disclose personal information to Wanoa Inc. However, there are cases where we are unable to provide service for which the disclosure of personal information is indispensable.

Article 10.  Disclaimer
Wanoa Inc. reserves the right to revise the content of this Membership Agreement （http://www.wanoa.com/legal/member/）without any advanced notice. All revisions will be posted on this website. Use of Member services such as logging in implies agreement with the updated Membership Agreement.

Article 11.  Legal Terms
This Membership Agreement as well as Terms of Use Agreement shall be governed by the law of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that arises between Wanoa Inc., and Members. 

Article 12.  Translation
Where Wanoa Inc. has provided you with a translation of the Japanese language version of the Membership Agreement, then you agree that the translation is provided for your convenience only and that the Japanese language version of the Membership Agreement will govern your relationship with Wanoa Inc. If there is any contradiction between what the Japanese language version says and what a translation says, then the Japanese language version shall take precedence.
